1. Services

Mente Practica offers live coaching sessions and group workshops designed for beginners. Scheduling is subject to availability. To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the session by using the contact form Contact Us.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior will receive a full credit towards a future session. Sessions may be rescheduled once at no extra charge. Personalized one-on-one mentoring includes preparation time and materials; therefore, fees for these sessions are non-refundable.

2. Info Products

Digital materials such as downloadable guides, tutorials, and recorded webinars are available. Purchases include unlimited access unless otherwise noted.

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no download has been initiated. To request a refund, submit a request via our Contact Us form, including order details. Approved refunds will revoke access to the material.

3. Goods

Physical items including books and branded merchandise are available through our site. All sales are subject to availability.

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt at our facility and credited to the original payment method.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Refunds and credits are processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary by provider.

Service credits can be applied to future sessions within six months of the request. Info product refunds will result in loss of access upon approval. Merchandise return refunds exclude initial shipping charges.

If a service is explicitly noted as non-refundable due to custom preparation, no refund will be issued. This policy protects the time and resources allocated to personalized content development.
